You will also be helping to shape and grow the team locally.   The Role   Leading the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage, and external works Managing projects from concept through to construction Overseeing and delivering S38, S278, S104 agreements and SuDS schemes Reviewing and approving technical designs and outputs from junior engineers Acting as a key point of contact for clients, architects, planners, and contractors Supporting and mentoring junior team members   What we’re looking for   Proven experience within a UK consultancy environment Strong technical design capability using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage software (e.g. MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage) Solid understanding of UK design standards and approvals processes ...
