      <description>Location: Watford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior Engineer  Job Type: Full-time Location: Leavesden, Hertfordshire Salary: TBD  As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the development and management of detailed drainage, SuDS, and below-ground infrastructure designs for various projects including buildings, highways, and public realms. This role is ideal for someone who is keen on driving technical excellence while mentoring junior staff and advancing digital engineering workflows. Day-to-day of the role:  Develop and manage comprehensive drainage and SuDS designs. Lead work packages including programming, costing, proposals, and delivery, ensuring technical assurance of designs, drawings, and reports. Provide standalone consultancy services, collaborating effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet technical, environmental, and planning goals. Embed Health and Safety, Environmental, and CDM Designer duties into projects, promoting safe and sustainable design practices.
