      <description>Location: City | Salary: 45091.00-45091.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior Civil Engineer - Manager (Ref 2026-134)   Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8PB   To support in the leading and effective delivery of the NIHE Civil Engineering services, and provide a comprehensive professional service in support of the Housing Executive''s Improvement and Maintenance Programmes. The post holder also resources advice and guidance on new build schemes carried out by Housing Associations.   The current salary for this post is £45,091 - £51,536 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
