Provide design support and guidance for schemes, ensuring all designs are fit for purpose and meet current legislation and standardsCollaborate with commercial, operational and construction teams to develop efficient, practical and safe solutions across design, construction and beyondEngage with clients, manage relationships, and support them with a one-team approach to achieving their aimsManage interfaces and integration of the civil design with other disciplines and produce documentationAct as technical checker on project documents and undertake technical reviews across projectsIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes, including development and implementation of standard designs, sustainable solutions, and digital toolsUndertake site reviews to ensure buildability and integration with existing systemsSupport the development of the civil engineering team, coaching and mentoring engineers to develop their skill set and identifying the right resources for projectsWhat You’ll Need

Degree in Civil Engineering, or related fieldChartership (CEng) with a relevant Engineering InstitutionExperience delivering high-quality outputs in accordance with design, quality and safety standardsEffective communication with team members and stakeholdersMethodical approach to problem solvingA valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational regionWhat We Can Offer
