As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will oversee highways and drainage projects with a strong focus on drainage design. You will manage resources, supervise project delivery, ensure technical quality, and support the development of engineers across the team.
You will be leading project meetings, coordinating workloads, reviewing designs and supporting clients while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This role would suit someone passionate about leadership, mentoring and delivering technically strong infrastructure solutions.
To be considered for this Senior Civil Engineer role, you will need:
·Proven experience leading a Civil Engineering team
·Strong drainage and highways design knowledge
·Experience using MicroDrainage, Civil 3D and AutoCAD
·Excellent communication and resource planning skills
·Understanding of CDM and project delivery processes
