We are looking for a team leader with a positive approach who enjoys generating and applying creative solutions to project challenges. Sound commercial awareness is vital as is experience in developing client relationships.This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop towards a Principal role and be a key part of the senior management team of the business. We are expanding and want engineers who can grow with us. You will gain a breadth of experience and develop through daily exposure to a wide range of projects and clients. Our Partners are skilled and experienced in supporting engineers to achieve chartership if you are not already chartered.
