This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take ownership of technically challenging projects while working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.The business delivers civil engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors, with expertise spanning drainage, flood risk assessments, highways, infrastructure, transport and external works. Their flood risk and drainage team works across projects ranging from individual developments through to large commercial schemes, providing everything from initial assessments and drainage strategies through to detailed design. The Role As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be involved in the delivery of a varied portfolio of civil engineering projects, taking responsibility for the technical design and development of schemes from concept through to completion.Your responsibilities will include: Leading the delivery of flood risk and drainage projectsPreparing and reviewing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage StrategiesUndertaking detailed surface water and foul drainage designDesigning and assessing SuDS, attenuation and flood mitigation solutionsProducing hydraulic calculations and drainage modelsSupporting planning ..... full job details .....
