This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role in the design and delivery of civil engineering schemes, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of highways and civil engineering projects from concept through to detailed design. Produce designs for roads, access junctions, drainage, flood risk and infrastructure works. Ensure designs comply with current standards, legislation and best practice. Manage project delivery to programme and budget. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Prepare technical reports and liaise with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.
