• Leading and managing the design and development of public realm schemes
• Overseeing s278 and s38 agreements to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Providing expert advice on infrastructure projects, from conception through to completion
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
• Preparing and reviewing detailed civil engineering designs and technical specifications
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service

• Extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly within infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of s278 and s38 agreements
• Proficiency in civil engineering design and developer schemes
• Solid understanding of public realm schemes and relevant industry standards
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Relevant degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification
