Senior Civil Engineer

A top-tier building and civil engineering contractor is seeking a skilled Senior Engineer for projects based in Birmingham and the wider Midlands. This is a key leadership role supporting the successful delivery of large, complex construction and infrastructure schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site engineering activities and mentor junior engineers
• Manage setting out, QA, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and contribute to planning and reporting
• Uphold high standards in health, safety, and quality compliance

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ site engineering experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident in using surveying instruments and engineering software
• Full UK driving licence
