Project experience should include residential, commercial and industrial, including detailed construction and planning stages as well as FRAs. Previous experience working on residential developments is vital, with sites ranging from a single unit to 250+. Strong experience in S278/S106/S104. Our client needs an engineer who can deliver projects with full autonomy, liaising closely with client direct. You will work alongside the structural engineering team to successfully deliver projects.
