Our client has a small civils team in Norwich, which is supported by 2 of its other offices allowing their workload to meet project targets.

They thrive on successful project delivery to their clients which are mainly regional and national residential developers. They also have smaller private clients and industrial projects, so your workload will be varied.

They are seeking a senior civil engineer who can work closely with the existing associate under minimal supervision, leading and directing onsite construction teams.

You will be a degree qualified civil engineer who has a good understanding of Site 3D, PDS and FLOW. Experience in private and adoptable drainage design, earthworks and external levels design including 3D analysis.

You will not be afraid to make decisions and will possess a strong ability to prioritise and manage internal and external demands.

The role would suit a commercially aware engineer who is able to multi-task and effectively communicate.
