The successful candidate will be responsible for producing technically robust work to a consistently high standard, ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes, deadlines and budgets. The role will also involve supporting the development of junior and less experienced colleagues through effective mentoring, coaching and technical guidance, helping them to build their skills and progress professionally. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of a small project team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and project objectives are met.
