Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you''ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. You''ll lead the design, planning and management of a variety of civil engineering works, ensuring projects are completed to the highest technical standards, on time and within budget.Lead projects to meet time, cost and quality targets.Prepare and review detailed technical designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InfoDrainage.Manage internal and external design consultants as part of coordinated project teams.Carry out site inspections to monitor progress, health and safety, and quality standards.Approve technical calculations, reports, and documentation for planning, tender and construction stages.Support client account management and long-term relationship building.Manage project finances, including projections and invoicing.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.About You
Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).Progressing towards or already achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng/MICE) status.Strong technical design background, with experience across a range of civil engineering projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to influence, motivate and lead others.Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The package
