      <description>Location: West Sussex | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a  Permanent Senior Civil Engineer  - Rail (STE2) to join our dynamic CEFA team in Southern England - Hybrid working 37.5 hrs per week.    In this role, you will support the Regional Structures Engineer in the reviewing and submission of examination reports within Southern Region. This will include risk scoring and recommendations, in accordance with NR standards, technical specification and timescales.     You will assist in any investigations and incidents related to structures examination activities and provide technical support and advice relative to these incidents.   This role offers you the unique opportunity to work with Amey, who have worked continuously with Network Rail delivering aspects of the CEFA contracts since 2009.   What You''ll Do:    Work as a part of the Regional Structures Engineer (South) reviewing team across all 3 routes in the Southern Region (Kent, Sussex and Wessex).
