The RoleLead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams, taking responsibility for civil engineering design.Deliver feasibility, outline and detailed designs, reports and technical specifications.Work across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage design through to delivery.Develop sustainable solutions focused on cost, carbon efficiency and technical performance.Build strong relationships with major water-sector clients.Support project planning, commercial delivery and stakeholder management.Ensure projects meet HandS, environmental and technical standards.Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to junior engineers.
