The Role Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams, taking responsibility for civil engineering design. Deliver feasibility, outline and detailed designs, reports and technical specifications. Work across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage design through to delivery. Develop sustainable solutions focused on cost, carbon efficiency and technical performance. Build strong relationships with major water-sector clients. Support project planning, commercial delivery and stakeholder management. Ensure projects meet H&S, environmental and technical standards. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to junior engineers. About You Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
