Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and provide day-to-day guidance and support to residential care staff. Support children and young people with daily routines, education, activities, appointments, and life skills development. Promote positive behaviour and implement appropriate boundaries and support strategies. Safeguard and protect children and young people, ensuring their welfare remains the highest priority.
