Our Client is a children-centred residential care provider for young people, and they''re hiring a Senior Support Worker to join a highly valued team within a solo placement home supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.What you''ll be doing as a Senior Support Worker: Lead and support day-to-day care in a solo placement setting, helping children and young people feel safe, listened to and valued Work with emotional and behavioural needs using a therapeutic, person-centred approach Support positive outcomes through consistent care, boundaries, and encouragement Help maintain high standards in line with Ofsted expectations and best practice Take a proactive role in day-to-day routines, communication, and teamwork within the home What you''ll bring: Experience of at least 12 months in a children''s residential care home A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare A full UK driving licence (as you may be required to drive as part of the role) Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice Values aligned to nurturing, ..... full job details .....
