Senior Children s Residential Support Worker Shirebrook, Derbyshire £13.43 per hour + £70 per sleep in Full Time Permanent Consistency, care and positive support where it matters most. We are recruiting for a Children s Residential Support Worker to join a supportive residential children s home in Shirebrook. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for the young people in the home. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting young people with their daily routines and activities Providing consistent emotional and practical support Building positive and professional relationships Promoting independence, confidence and life skills Supporting young people with education, appointments and activities Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally Maintaining accurate daily records and reports Following individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive home environment What We re Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient and confident working with young people.
