As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering outstanding residential care that meets the individual needs of each child. You will help create a safe, stable, and positive environment where children can thrive, develop independence, and build resilience. Key responsibilities Provide strong shift leadership and act as the responsible person in the absence of senior management. Support and guide staff through mentoring, induction, training, and reflective practice. Ensure children are listened to, involved in decisions about their care, and supported to express their views. Maintain safeguarding standards, accurate records, and compliance with the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted expectations.
