OverviewWe are seeking skilled chefs to join our kitchen team across two new Forest venues in Woodgreen (Horse and Groom) and Breamore (Bat and Ball). The Horse and Groom is well established whilst the Bat and Ball is new to our ''family'' and is reopening after a six month closure. There is freedom to be creative to help deliver great menus and experiences in either, or both pubs/restaurants.Depending on the candidates, a Head Chef role may be available too! Duties- Support the Hd Chef in managing the kitchen and staff- Create and update menus in line with seasonal ingredients and culinary trends- Supervise food preparation to maintain high standards of quality and presentation- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet financial targets and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (or a great desire to learn fast and develop a chef career)- Strong communication and teamworking skills- Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production and menu planning- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen workflow effectivelyIf you''re a passionate chef with a flair for food, we''d love to hear from you!Accommodation is available on site for the right person.Job Type: Full-timePay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearBenefits: Employee discount ..... full job details .....
