Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef (live in available)

The Candidate We are looking for a passionate experienced Chef de Partie with multi-Rosette or Michelin experience looking to move up to a Senior CDP or Junior Sous and who wants to develop their career and work with fresh food preparing seasonal dishes with flair and imagination. Relevant experience is essential and Catering plus Food and Hygiene qualifications are desirable. The Role This is a great opportunity to join an exciting venture and be part of a team of passionate staff delivering the best possible customer experience. The kitchen delivers high quality modern British cooking using classical skills. All food is freshly prepared on site, using quality ingredients from local suppliers to produce exciting seasonal menus along with pub classics. Duties include meal preparation and service and maintaining the hygiene standard of the kitchen. Career progression and extra training are encouraged. Experience of all sections is desirable.
