The Role...

Chef de Partie

to join our Central London team at

Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS) . Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards

What we are looking for...1-2 years'' experience in a busy high-profile kitchenTeam player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentHave a genuine passion for food and beverageFlexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Physical Requirements:Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by handAble to work on your feet for at least 8 hoursOccasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Expected working hours for a Senior Chef de Partie:Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens and closesAverage hours 45 hours per week
