Senior Chef de Partie - Arundel, West Sussex Location: THE PIG-in the South Downs, Madehurst, BN18 0NL Pay package: OTE £34,829.52 per annum ( £16.70 per hour including Tronc) Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days A Senior Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. We use local suppliers within a 25-mile radius, our own homegrown kitchen garden produce, and a bit of love to create our menus, which change all the time. Our chefs are chatty people, having constant conversations with the gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers about what is available and what is in season. As Senior Chef de Partie you will manage one of the 4 sections of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to oversee each section to share your knowledge with the junior chefs.
