The successful Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will join a nationally recognised construction consultancy with a growing Manchester office and a strong pipeline across commercial, public sector, regeneration and healthcare. The role combines access to major clients and specialist resources with meaningful responsibility for local delivery and relationships. The Senior Chartered Building Surveyor Role The Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will focus on complex projects, technical leadership and client account growth, managing instructions from initial brief through to completion. You will remain close to clients and delivery, working with colleagues across surveying, project management, cost consultancy and design where the instruction requires it. The Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will also mentor junior colleagues, review technical output and help convert strong client relationships into repeat instructions.
