The Role They are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established and growing London team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients across the Southern region. This role offers a balanced workload across both project and professional services:Delivering a wide range of project work, including refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital works programmesUndertaking professional instructions such as condition surveys, technical due diligence, and general advisory servicesWorking across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, commercial, healthcare, heritage and more, supporting a broad client baseKey Responsibilities of the Senior Chartered Building Surveyor:Lead and deliver building surveying projects from inception through to completionUndertake condition surveys, defect analysis, and prepare detailed reportsManage refurbishment and fit-out schemes, including contract administration dutiesProvide professional advice to clients on building-related mattersSupport with technical due diligence and asset management instructionsBuild and maintain strong client ..... full job details .....
