What you''ll be doing Protecting live operational service through the management of ALL IT change activity using robust change management processes. Facilitating and chairing large change approval forums effectively - Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and Major Change Advisory Boards (MCAB). Working collaboratively with IT colleagues and supporting the wider Service Protection team to deliver results and identify ways to improve performance and effectiveness.
