Senior Change Manager

Network IT is currently looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead and shape business change across ambitious transformation programmes, and support the maturity of the business change function. You''ll work with senior leaders, programme and project teams to deliver successful change, realise benefits and build lasting organisational change capability across various workstreams, both IT and business/people focused. We are looking for an individual who can lead the design and delivery of change management across complex transformation programmes and projects. Engage, influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across internal and external networks, putting people first within the context of business change. You must be eligible for SC Clearance to be considered for this role, active SC and a government/public sector/defence background would be beneficial.
