Senior Change Manager - CRM - Hybrid WorkingOur client in the Insurance sector are currently looking to hire a Senior Change Manager with Salesforce CRM experience to join the team on a hybrid working basis, with the office being based in London. The team are seeking an experienced Change Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business change activities across the programme, working as part of the Change Workstream with other Change Managers. To support the implementation, the team are looking for a proactive individual who can drive the day to change management activities forward, working through the impacts of the changes and supporting the business with adoption.Role Responsibilities: Working in conjunction with the Programme Team and wider Change Team, this role will primarily be supporting the delivery of the following change management scope:Change Planning and Delivery: Work to plan and implement the change strategy, developing appropriate change management interventions (such as change impact assessment) in collaboration with the Programme Team and other Change Managers. Create clear, compelling communication and training materials to support understanding and adoption of the CRM system.Stakeholder Management: Undertake stakeholder mapping and analysis, identify potential sources of resistance to change and support in the development of strategies to mitigate resistance, ensuring a smooth transition to the new technologies.
