About Us Centrepoint supports over 16,000 young people each year by providing accommodation, health support, life skills and opportunities to access education, training and employment. Our ambition is to end youth homelessness by 2037. The Communications and Campaigns team helps colleagues, supporters and stakeholders stay informed, engaged and connected to Centrepoint''s strategic priorities. As Centrepoint embarks on a significant period of organisational change and transformation, we''re seeking an experienced communications professional to help colleagues understand, engage with and adopt change across the organisation. The Role Working closely with senior leaders and programme teams, you''ll lead the communications approach across key transformation programmes, creating clear, engaging and effective communications that build understanding, confidence and engagement. You''ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping colleagues navigate change while ensuring communication activities support successful programme outcomes.
