What You''ll Be Doing Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions. Conduct fit-gap analysis and define the optimal solution approach. Design, validate, and deliver Centric PLM functional solutions. Drive process standardisation and best-practice adoption across the business. Create functional specifications, user stories, and supporting documentation. Support integration, data migration, reporting, and analytics requirements.
