This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, maintaining excellent standards, and delivering a great dining experience. Working Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation, preparing a varied menu that caters to a diverse range of dietary preferences. The offering will include two meat dishes, two vegan dishes, a selection of fresh salads, and a hot breakfast service. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard. Produce a daily menu consisting of two meat options, two vegan options, a selection of fresh salads, and hot breakfast items. Ensure all food is prepared and served on time, maintaining excellent presentation and portion control. Take responsibility for your section and support the smooth running of the kitchen. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness at all times. Ensure all dietary requirements and allergen procedures are followed correctly.
