This opportunity suits an experienced professional with at least five years of CDM Principal Designer experience, strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and the ability to manage design risk independently. Working alongside architects, engineers and specialist consultants, you will oversee CDM compliance and health and safety coordination across large-scale, technically complex construction projects in the UK and internationally.Role and ResponsibilitiesUndertake Principal Designer duties under CDM Regulations 2015Manage pre-construction health and safety coordination across multiple projectsLead multidisciplinary design risk reviews and mitigation strategiesPrepare risk registers, pre-construction information and health and safety filesAdvise clients on CDM duties throughout RIBA work stagesSkills and Experience RequiredAt least five years'' relevant CDM Principal Designer experienceThorough knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and statutory dutiesProven independent management of Principal Designer responsibilitiesExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and complex construction projectsStrong communication, design risk management and professional judgementExperience on ..... full job details .....
