Senior CDM and H&S Consultant

Overview
To deliver CDM and HandS consultancy services from our Birmingham office to existing and new clients. The scope of services delivered by the role-holder are flexible, dependent upon the Client''s requirements, covering both CDM and HandS Management. The key requirements of the role are to understand the Clients'' needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations.Responsibilities
Understand and develop existing systems and processes to improve both CDM and HandS efficiencyProvide expert advice and where required, act as Principal Designer and help the client manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulationsEstablishing positive relations with existing and new Clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocateRepresenting Turner and Townsend in a professional and diligent manner including meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with Clients in a timely mannerManagement of all commissions, where responsibility is assigned, to ensure both Client''s expectations / scope of service and the requirements of Turner and Townsend''s business management system are effectively dischargedCarrying out HandS performance reviews, audits etc. on behalf of the ClientLiaise, proactively and professionally, with SHQ, and wider Turner and Townsend colleagues to contribute to team effectiveness; support others as needed and ensure consistency, quality and profitability of shared projectsCompiling and creating relevant pre-construction information and relevant HandS ..... full job details .....
