I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering projects across the North West.The business works across a diverse range of sectors and has built a loyal client base through its technical expertise, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality projects.With continued growth across its project portfolio, the business is looking to strengthen its Health and Safety and CDM offering through the appointment of an experienced Senior CDM Advisor.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced CDM professional who can bring a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise and commercial awareness to an established consultancy environment.You''ll work with a wide range of clients, project teams and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on CDM compliance and influencing safer design and construction practices from project inception through to completion.The role is based in Preston, with regular travel across the North West to support clients and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015.Providing specialist CDM and Health and Safety advice to clients, design teams and contractors.Managing and delivering CDM services across multiple projects.Leading design risk management workshops and reviews.Preparing and reviewing Pre-Construction Information.Supporting clients in discharging their duties under CDM ..... full job details .....
