Senior CDM AdvisorA highly-regarded, multidisciplinary construction, design and architectural practice is looking for an experienced Senior CDM Advisor to join its growing CDM Team based in its lovely offices in Shoreditch, London (hybrid working).This employer invests heavily into its people, provide outstanding training, development and career opportunity.Responsibilities

Support project leaders to integrate design safety across a variety of high value and interesting projects including housing, student accommodation, film studios, later living and commercial / workspace.Deliver the Senior CDM Advisor role with leadership, coordination and technical expertise to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of health and safety and principal designer requirements.Represent the practice externally and develop business opportunities in the field of design for health and safety where appropriate.Qualifications

Over 3 years'' experience within a CDM Advisory / HandS role in a construction, design or architectural context.Knowledge and experience of:Project managementWorking across all RIBA stagesLeadership and communicationReport writingTime managementTeam workingGood organisationAttention to detailTechnical competency with good understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015NEBOSH Construction CertificateAPS or IOSH membershipYou are a motivated and proactive team-player with an open and inquisitive outlook.In return
