You will work as a part of the Ward catering team ensuring high quality service is provided to the patients. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of the patient meal and beverage services. Please note- this role is working in a busy and cold environment. Key accountabilities- To organise the maintenance of a hygienic and clean environment for patients, staff and visitors to ensure the highest standards are met at all times. To ensure that patients are provided with appropriate meals and beverages at the agreed intervals throughout the day. To pick and pack and in a timely manner any stores requests which are then delivered to the ward kitchens twice a day covering Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Load stores trollies with any provisions requested as necessary and monitor and record food temperatures.
