The Opportunity This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced category, product, or portfolio professional who thrives in technically complex environments. You will own category strategy across multiple product lines, using market intelligence, customer insight, hinnovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across technically complex product portfolios.
• Own product roadmaps, portfolio optimisation, lifecycle management and growth planning.
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity and emerging technologies.
• Partner with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Build business cases for new product development and investment decisions.
• Drive pricing, margin improvement, market positioning and commercial performance.
• Lead product launch strategies and post-launch performance analysis.
• Provide technical and commercial leadership across international markets.
• Mentor and develop product and category management teams.

About You

You are a commercially astute category or product leader with a strong technical background. You understand how engineering, customer requirements and market dynamics combine to create successful products.

• Proven Category Management and/or Product Management experience.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, building services, electrical, mechanical or similarly technical sectors.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps and category strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.
• Experience operating within international or multi-site environments.
• Previous leadership experience desirable.
