Senior Category Manager - Estates and Campus Services at University of Portsmouth. This role leads a team within Procurement to deliver category plans and value-for-money solutions that support the university.What you’ll do
Manage and mentor a team of Procurement Managers and OfficersEngage senior stakeholders across Estates and Campus Services; navigate complex procurement landscapes with confidence and creativityBe the go-to expert for procurement strategy and complianceWhat you’ll bring
Strong procurement experience in public sector or complex environmentsTeam leadership and stakeholder management skillsMCIPS or working towards (or equivalent experience)A passion for making procurement smarter, faster, betterA degree or equivalent experience, ideally supported by MCIPS or similar professional accreditationStrong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and contract management capabilitiesWhy Join Us?
