Senior Caseworker (Maternity Cover)

We''re looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Caseworker to join our Skills and Employment Team, delivering holistic support to individuals with complex needs, particularly those with a history of substance misuse. Working within the Pier Road Bexley partnership, you''ll collaborate with local authorities, health services, police and specialist providers to address the root causes of substance misuse and help clients move towards greater stability, independence, training and employment opportunities. About the Role As Senior Caseworker, you will manage a caseload of clients, providing personalised, strengths-based support and guidance. You''ll carry out assessments, develop action plans, coordinate interventions, facilitate group and one-to-one sessions, and connect clients with specialist services and opportunities across Bexley. You will also support and supervise Peer Advisors and Caseworkers, helping to foster a collaborative and empowering environment while ensuring high standards of service delivery and accurate case management.
