Working with people who may face barriers to accessing mainstream services, including those with disabilities, long-term conditions, mental health needs and complex social circumstances, you''ll provide personalised support that empowers individuals to achieve their smokefree goals and improve their quality of life. Working within the Younger Adults Team, you''ll collaborate with Social Workers, Public Health colleagues and partner organisations to embed smoking cessation into social care practice.
