As a Senior Case Worker, you''ll manage safeguarding concerns across Mental Health Social Care teams within Adults'' Health and Care, making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults. The Mental Health Safeguarding Team receives all countywide safeguarding referrals relating to younger adults'' mental health from the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. Working closely with partners including health services and the police, you''ll support timely, person-centred safeguarding responses in line with the Care Act 2014 and our commitment to making Safeguarding Personal.
