This is a hybrid role combining home working, attendance at the company's Oxfordshire head office and travel throughout London, the Home Counties, Essex, Kent, the Midlands and the South to support clients and meet the needs of the service. You will manage your own caseload whilst providing guidance and support to the wider Case Management team, helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation services.
