Senior Case Handler Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 DOE Location: Farringdon, London Working Pattern: Office-based during probation, with potential for 3-4 days per week in the office following successful completion of probation. Working with experienced brokers and a diverse client base of property investors, developers and business owners, you''ll play a key role in ensuring complex finance cases are progressed efficiently from enquiry through to completion. The Role As a Senior Case Handler, you''ll manage a pipeline of specialist finance applications, including: Development Finance Bridging Loans Commercial Mortgages HMO and Portfolio Finance You''ll work closely with brokers, lenders, solicitors, valuers and clients to keep transactions progressing while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously.
