Tezlom Healthcare is recruiting experienced Senior Carers to pick up flexible bank shifts in a care home based in Hampton, TW12, London This is a zero-hours contract, offering the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability and fit around your existing commitments Key Responsibilities Assisting the nurse with medication administration and related duties within the care home Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting and daily living activities Promoting residents'' dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times Following care plans, medication procedures and health and safety guidelines Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns to the nurse in charge Working closely with nurses and other care staff to deliver high-quality care Requirements Previous experience as a Senior Carer in a care home setting is essential Experience in medication administration is essential, as you will be assisting the nurse with medication duties Experience providing personal care to residents NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not essential Valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one Full set of mandatory training certificates or willingness to complete the required training Good communication skills, reliability and ..... full job details .....
