      <description>Location: Warwick | Salary: &amp;pound;25000 - &amp;pound;27000/annum | Type: Permanent | SENIOR CARER/COODINATOR - WARWICK, WARWICKSHIRE - £25000 - £27000     NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED, MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN UK, MUST HAVE CAR AND UK DRIVERS LICENCE, MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FULL TIME WORK   This is a full time role in in an established Domiciliary care service involivng providing home care and mentoring of junior Care staff. MUST HAVE UK EXPERIENCE AS A SENIOR CARE WORKER IN DOMICILIARY CARE.  DUTIES  	 To work with other staff employed by the service and to assist in administration work - mentor and assist in training junior staff and be part of the on call rota 	 To help service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment 	 To care for service users in non-discriminatory ways, respecting each users dignity, individuality, cultural and social background and independence.
