What your day could look like Support residents with personal care and daily living activitiesLead shifts and coordinate care deliveryMentor and support less experienced colleaguesAdminister medication safely and accuratelyMonitor residents'' wellbeing and respond to changing needsContribute to assessments, care plans and reviewsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures About youYou will have experience working in a care setting and a strong understanding of person-centred care. You''ll be organised, dependable and confident supporting colleagues while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to work towards, or already hold, an SVQ Level 4 qualification. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
