Our Client is a newly registered 4-bed residential children''s home they support children and young people aged 7-17 who have emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.The mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and consistent home where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential. Every child deserves stability and care, and we are dedicated to providing exactly that.The RoleWe are seeking caring, resilient, and motivated Residential Support Workers. You will play a vital role in the daily lives of our young people, helping them to develop life skills, build resilience, and achieve their goals within a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment.This is an exciting opportunity to join a new home during its early stages and make a real difference to children''s lives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care and support to children and young people in accordance with their individual care and placement plans.Build trusting, positive relationships that promote emotional wellbeing and personal growth.Support children with daily routines, including education, leisure, health, and independent living skills.Promote and maintain a safe, nurturing, and consistent environment.Encourage positive behaviour through understanding, empathy, and therapeutic approaches such as PACE.Contribute to the completion of risk assessments, incident reports, and care documentation.Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the ..... full job details .....
