Now, we''re looking for a Senior Care Practitioner to join us on this journey. The roleYou''ll be at the heart of our service, balancing hands-on support with leadership responsibilities. One day you might be working one-to-one with someone to help them gain confidence in daily life, the next you''ll be coaching colleagues, leading care reviews or ensuring our high standards are consistently met. It''s a role where you''ll use your skills to create a safe, supportive environment, while encouraging choice, independence and wellbeing. What you''ll bring A recognised qualification such as SVQ Level 3/4, Social Work or Nursing and a relevant management qualification as recognised by the SSSC.Previous management or supervisory experience in social careStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine sensitivity to people''s needs, with the ability to respond with warmth and professionalismA personal Christian faith, with the ability to work in line with and uphold our Christian ethos What we''ll offer youYou''ll be joining a dedicated, compassionate team in a service where every day brings the chance to make a real difference.
